Liked: I found all staff to be helpul and courteous throughout my stay. I was also upgraded to a beautiful room the bed was extremely comfortable.

Liked: On arrival was greated by the friendly staff our rooms weren't ready so checked in ,went to the bar ,went tou room which was bigger than I expected plenty of storage space ect ,rooms were very hot ,we had to turn the radiator to low was very pleased with the room
Disliked: The shower wasn't power full

Liked: Lounge /bar area , nice atmosphere great selection of drinks and food
Disliked: Nothing , all was great

We stayed last year and...

Liked: Average food but not as nice as last year.
Disliked: Bedroom was tiny ,you had to squeeze past a wardrobe on the left side to get into bed .Shower was very small unable to put shower on without getting the initial cold water hitting you ,not pleasant.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, good location on lord street for shopping and dining etc
Disliked: With it being a pub it was a little noisy but it wouldn’t put us off going there again
