Exceptional

Liked: Another return break once again, rational the Bold is our favourite hotel and we know we are guaranteed to enjoy all aspects of our stay.From welcome on arrival via friendly Trinity at reception, comfort/ cleanliness of room not forgetting a wonderful breakfast of choice all your needs are truly met in all areas from polite person centered staff for which we thank you.
Disliked: Their is nothing to dislike at the Bold.

Really enjoyed the one night...

Liked: The feel and ambience was good.The breakfast was very good with a range of options to choose from.The staff were very helpful and chatty.
Disliked: There was a slight drain smell in the bathroom.

Liked: the breakfast was typical hotel... cheap products
Disliked: the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but this one was not great the items seam off cheap quality will not have next time

Just the ticket for what...

Liked: Easy access, clean, friendly. Food was very good, nothing fancy but nicely presented and tasty. Buffet breakfast was lovely
Disliked: Shower wasn’t up too much (didn’t try the waterfall shower head)
