Disliked: The lamp in the room was dusty and the fridge was to small

Absolutely horrible

Disliked: The first room they put me in had NO HEATThe second room The put me in had NO HOT WATER. Worst day ever!!

Disappinting given the price.

Liked: Location awesome; overpriced though at over $550 for a so-so room.
Disliked: I thought the staff could have been more empathetic to our time-crunch situation. We had requested an earlier check in due to having to meet a social event off-site by 5:30...while the junior staff tried their best at the lobby check in, they were clearly overwhelmed by multiple guests checking in about the same time.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was beautiful
Disliked: It didn't come with a bathtub like the pictures for the room showed, this is the only hotel I've ever been at where we didn't have a mini fridge, there was dust on the bathroom lights, was charged an additional $80 after paying for the room, parking fee is expected but a $30 destination fee that I only get a voucher to use within the hotel isn't very cool when the room is already $450. I've went to Casa Monica a couple times, and for being $200 cheaper it definitely is a much better hotel, their AC also goes colder and it doesn't stop randomly in the middle of the night. Hotel room also doesn't have a ceiling fan like Casa Monica

Liked: I loved the view of the river and I had a great time on the rooftop bar with amazing views!
Disliked: It could use a vending lobby.

Liked: Nice venue
Disliked: Check in 4; “oh, sorry we’re short staffed, we’ll call when your room is available “ staffing level is not my issue. 4 stars, pa-lease!

Superb

Liked: Great location, and great front desk and valet service employees..
Disliked: No one cleaned my room during my stay, but someone from housekeeping did actually come in my room at 8:15am even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. That was a huge disappointment.
