Liked: Beautiful, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Lift not working correctly, unable to reach the floor our room was on. Not suitable when have lots of bags, young baby and pram to carry up and down the stairs. Unable to fully secure cot available. Not working TV.

Liked: Hotel was really great! rooms are spacious, clean and really comfy! Hospitality was good too, wish we had been able to stay for a dinner/meal but didn't have time unfortunately, everything looked amazing.
Disliked: Heating was on full, couldn't turn it down but at least i could open a window. Drilling in the high street at 8am was not great, but nothing against the hotel. Hotel was really great!
