Liked: The Location, nice bar area and restaurant (but didn't use restaurant)..
Disliked: Lift wasn't working at times which meant 2 flights of stairs to walk up, carpet on stairs needs some attention as many places it's coming away and someone could easily catch a heel and fall. In my room the dressing table has many cup stains as does the wall above where someone has opened some bubbly and it's sprayed..

Convenient to stay overnight.

Liked: Comfortable and clean. Well stocked with tea and coffee facilities and a working fridge. Bed was huge.
Disliked: Lift was noisy. Pillows were very soft.

Disliked: That the walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

Liked: It was nicely decorated, I liked the themed rooms.
Disliked: The heating was in and felt very hot. We were unable to control the temperature and had to open windows which made it quite noisy.
