Fantastic!

Liked: was the perfect location for what we were looking for, only being a short walk away from Bondi beach with loads of restaurants nearby. The voucher to the neighbouring restaurant was also a fantastic deal. We loved that the check in and check out process was so seamless with minimal contact with other people, whilst maintaining such a high standard of service
Disliked: We were a little confused about whether we were supposed to get our own linens and towels or if they would be changed for us like normal, but as we were only there for 2 nights it wasn’t a big issue

Liked: Loved room just floor had alot of sand on it on arrival

Liked: The location was great, they offered pastries in the morning and the beds were comfy.
Disliked: The room was dusty and found some cockroaches in the elevator and in our room bathroom. I did not love that there is no reception person or front desk, and that you have to self check in through a link.

Liked: Close to the beach
Disliked: It was so unbelievably loud. The windows are thin so the sound from the streets impacted our night and morning. It was a Saturday night and the bars with live music (Copo mainly) didn’t go quiet until the early hours.

So disappointing

Liked: Really good location
Disliked: We were extremely disappointed with our stay, especially given the $400 per night cost. The WiFi didn’t work, which was inconvenient, but what was most concerning was the lack of security. All building doors were left open, meaning anyone could walk up to the rooms. There was no on-site security personnel, and the only protection was the lock on the room door. Also, the room was only cleaned once out of the 8 nights we were there. For the price we paid, we expected much higher standards in both safety and amenities.

Overall, very good.

Liked: Obviously the location was excellent. Bed was excellent. Television was excellent. Balcony was excellent.
Disliked: Needed a microwave and a coffee table or dining table and Flyscreens on the glass doors so I could leave them open at night as opposed to using the air conditioning.
