Liked: The breakfast was lovely. Location marvellous. Staff at reception and breakfast lovely.
Disliked: The BlueGaven we will both recommend, no negatives about it.

Very small room

Liked: Staff were fabulous , very welcoming and mulled wine was such a lovely touch.
Disliked: The room was the tiniest room ever. Sold as a double room but it was so small. Yes there was a double bed but not much more would fit in the room . There was one chair in a little alcove . So we sat on the bed .Friends of ours booked on the day and got a much nicer room for a cheaper rate with nespreso machine and two seats and a table, so felt a bit hard done by.

Liked: Cleanliness, crisp attention to detail, superb breakfast and service, the room was superb and very well appointed
Disliked: Hotel rooms normally equipped with a fridge!! Blue Haven isn’t but they have proper boutique items otherwise
