Great overall and would definitely...

Liked: Nice bar and restaurant, friendly staff. We had dinner and breakfast there which were both really nice!
Disliked: Bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Guidance on parking was incorrect as the recommended car park states that its a maximum of 3 hours stay at any time which is no good for overnight.

Could have been exceptional but...

Liked: Gorgeous food. Absolutely Devine dinner and breakfast. Room 8 is exceptional size.
Disliked: Room 8 is next to the kitchen extractor. So until 10pm at night and restarting at 7am(!) is a noise so loud you will think your stood next to an aeroplane….I really believe the room should come with a disclaimer about the level of noise. Our first night away without the kids and no lie in due to the awful noise. When we complained to staff we were told ‘The kitchen can’t be turned off’

Lovely hotel and staff but...

Liked: Really great location, staff were really lovely especially the manager he was really nice. Restaurant was excellent. Check in process was smooth. Nice bathroom and clean rooms.
Disliked: The room we booked for 3 people was extremely small and almost impossible to walk around the beds, I found this disappointing. The air con unit in our room didn’t work properly, room was sweltering so had to open window onto the street which was noisy, and then the unit has a flashing orange light all night that lit up the entire room! Eek.
