A modern inn for travellers...

Liked: Very good selection on the cold buffet, cooked dishes fresh and nicely served.
Disliked: A thermos jug of tea.rather than boiling water and teabag selection.

Numerous return visits

Liked: I frequently stay here whilst travelling for work. The staff a very warm & welcoming. Every room I have stayed in has been exceptional with great amenities including biscuits, tea, coffee & bottled water. The food in the restaurant is also top tier & very reasonably priced for its quality. A great breakfast menu is also provided. Everything you need for a relaxing night away!

Review of The Blue Boar

Liked: The staff were really friendly and extremely accommodating. It was lovely to find an Inn that still has a lot of traditional characteristics.
Disliked: There wasn't really anything to not like. If I really had to choose something and be picky, it would be that the breakfast was quite early during the week when having a break away.
