Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Great hotel, good location and close to the tube. The staff was most welcoming and helpful, very personable. We stayed in more of a family room which was more private and located away from the primary guest rooms. We were visiting over Christmas and found a cute little stocking on our door Christmas morning filled with goodies. The hotel also had a cozy reception area where you can enjoy a cup of complimentary mulled wine.
Disliked: No complaints.

A wonderful stay, superb location...

Liked: The location, the rooms the helpfulness of all the staff who go out there way to make sure you feel very welcome.
Disliked: My only negative from our stay was being able to hear the room next to us. would have hoped for better sound proofing.

Perfect hotel for a central...

Liked: Absolutely everything. The style, expertise, location, breakfast but most of all the hospitality of the team.
Disliked: Nothing
