Lovely hotel but it’s too...

Liked: Lovely room, great location, the hotel is beautiful
Disliked: I was charged a service charge at check in. A service charge for what exactly? We ate in a restaurant and paid service, we ate downstairs for breakfast (so any service there should be included in the room rate as should any cleaning fees) and we didn’t have any room service. You have to ask to have it removed so I felt awkward but what on earth was the charge for? this isn’t America. Also you should communicate that you take a security deposit too because I was charged £130 more than the room rate at check in which wasn’t a great start.

One of the best hotels...

Liked: Everything in the hotel was extraordinary! When you arrive, the staff is super friendly and professional, the rooms are spacious modern and clean, the hotel is well decorated and even have amazing bars and dining in it! I have expected a great hotel but it exceeded it, one of the best hotels I stayed in.I have again to mention the staff which was amazing, professional, friendly and super helpful!The hotel is located in the center of the city and it is very easy to go from there to any place you choose without issues, you got the Oxford circus station nearby and by walk you can get to all main streets around such as Oxford st.The hotel offers a lot of really good bar and dining experience which elevate your stay and its awesome for who like to drink and eat as well.We will definitely come back when we visit London again!
Disliked: Everything was amazing! I didn't encounter any issue during our stay. We were and still super happy and excited from our stay there.

Wonderful stay at The Bloomsbury

Liked: All the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived at the steps of The Bloomsbury - reception (Shannon), The Coral Room, The Dalloway. The hotel was beautiful and its location is great.

Excellent, really enjoyable.

Liked: Tea/coffee with biscuits in the room were excellent. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Why is everywhere so dark? The reception is so dark to read any documents. Please get some proper lighting.Also, the reception area is so small.

Liked: Staff were the best, went out fo their way to look after me and mother so well from manager , bar staff, breakfast all of them were great .
Disliked: Looks like starting to need a bit of a refresh
