Wonderful oasis in the city.

Liked: Great location for exploring central London. The staff in all areas of the hotel were all absolutely lovely and very helpful.
Disliked: There was a comfortable lounge opposite reception and as the weather was very chilly I'd have liked to have relaxed there with a book while having a brandy, but no drinks are permitted in the lounge. A small point only.

Liked: location brilliant, customer service very good, good price
Disliked: had to wait a while to be seated at breakfast, also to get served, they may have just been short staffed.

Comfortable stay. Unfortunate street noise...

Liked: Well located clean smelled wonderful. Beautiful linens and sheets nice staff
Disliked: Outside noise view of alley full of garbage being told no food options on site after checkin because of booked event

A beautiful hotel with every...

Liked: Beautifully appointed room and bathroom, flawless linen. The staff are helpful, attentive and professional.
Disliked: The coming and going of fellow guests at night, simply walking and talking in the corridors, opening and closing their doors is enough to wake one. The walls of the rooms and doors could have done with a lot more sound deadening.
