Liked: Room was cool to temp and the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall/drywall and it needed a new shower head in our room. No water pressure.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Two bugs found; loud noises; no bathtub and shower was slippery; shower thing fell down.

Liked: Very clean. The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean but the walls are thin.
Disliked: Trying to get on the road out front was a nightmare, usually had to turn to the right and turn around at the light.

Disliked: We prefer a sink with a counter. There was no place to put toilet items.

Disliked: I get your concept of the remodel but the execution of it needs some work We were in room 222 and the bathroom floor tiles were broken and move when you walked on them the light switch in the bathroom was tightened to tight it doesn't sit flush on the wall the caulking in the shower is bad. The paint on the bathroom door trim is running is many spots. The toilet makes a horrible noise when you flush it. The main room the floor baseboards are not even painted in some spots. The bed frame when you get up makes an awful noise. And there is a lot of white paint on you laminate floors when it looks like they painted the baseboards and didn't tape them. With this being said the customer service was outstanding and the breakfast was good. We will return when coming to visit Arkansas but as a house cleaner I feel like things could be a little better.
