Liked: Room was cool to temp and the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall/drywall and it needed a new shower head in our room. No water pressure.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Two bugs found; loud noises; no bathtub and shower was slippery; shower thing fell down.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice.

Disliked: Employees were kind of shy.

Liked: Love this hotel, The location is perfect for downtown Bentonville, very near the Crystal Bridges Museum etc, plenty of good places to eat nearby, It is reasonably priced, the rooms are spotless and well equipped and the beds really comfy and the staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. There is a great selection of things for breakfast every morning and also a really cool coffee machine to make all your funky coffee's We have stayed here twice now and i know we will be back many more times in the future! i can't recommend it highly enough

Disliked: I think they’re in the process of remodeling but our room had not been done. Bathroom was dingy and toilet kept running.
