Liked: Room was cool to temp and the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall/drywall and it needed a new shower head in our room. No water pressure.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Two bugs found; loud noises; no bathtub and shower was slippery; shower thing fell down.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice.

Liked: Loved the breakfast in the morning as well as the decor and ambiance of the place! Hot water and plenty of options in the shop down stairs that we indeed did need in a pinch. Staff was so kind and parking was easy. The area was safe too :)
Disliked: There was a slight smell of smoke/weed in the hall but it never worsened. Also it’s 2025 and it’s legalized so what are you gonna do

Liked: Staff was warm, friendly, professional and accomadating. While the room was small, it's design made it work well and we travel with lots of stuff. The King bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Everything worked well. I appreciated that the windows opened for fresh air. Quick and easy 10 minute drive to Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Lots of parking. Great breakfast and excellent coffee! We got a great deal on booking,com that made it more affordable than the other options in the area. Would definitely return to The Block.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Liked: It was just okay…
Disliked: 1. The automatic front door was broken. 2. The ceiling in the hall ‘sagged’. Looked like it was going to collapse any minute. A little disconcerting.

Liked: Through technology, they have done away with the need for plastic keys. Each door is programmed with a changing code that is sent to your cell when you check in. It's pretty neat. The feel is very industrial and modern. They are very pet friendly. The fridge in the room was excellent. Beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Disliked: The shower head was a little leaky and we found pet food in our room from a previous guest. Not the worst thing in the world.
