Liked: Room was cool to temp and the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall/drywall and it needed a new shower head in our room. No water pressure.

Great hotel, but be cautious

Liked: The staff was friendly, and the Manager was so nice and talkative that she even gave us a discount since we went without power our first night and couldn't sleep, which caused us to lose most of our day.The Beds and pillows were comfortable but with some cons.The breakfast was really good and the towels were of amazing quality along with the guest laundry option as we did have to use it on our last night in.Check-in / Check-out was very simple and easy.Prime Location, many restaurants and attractions around to keep you entertained!
Disliked: The power went out in the middle of the night around 1 a.m. and there was no backup generator. The power wasn't restored until about 5:30 a.m. Overnight parking lot lights never came or stayed on during our 3-night stay making it dangerous for someone who may travel alone, I was not impressed with the bedding used as it made me sweat and was not comfortable, I understand it's now November and thicker sheets are a must but not when it's still 70-60 Degrees outside and I like it Ice cold when I sleep and could not for the life of me stay comfortable throughout the night, and also the thin pillow topper was very unpleasant as it wasn't needed whatsoever as the bed was decent without it.The Shower was very poor in water pressure and the showerhead didn't make me feel like I got all the dirt and soap off of me, the water quality was also very poor as well.Rooms were VERY SMALL for the price we paid but you get what you pay for I guess, can't complain since we made it work just fine. - Get the Suite, not the standard room if you need that extra spaceThe Cable went out constantly like the signal was poor, and having TVs with no Smart Apps is just a crime in itself, it's almost 2025 and I'm not able to Cast from my phone nor watch Netflix or Amazon Prime kind of sad you know.

Will definitely stay here again....

Liked: Our group had several likes to include: curb appeal, the lobby, the size of the rooms, the complimentary water in the lobby was delicious, breakfast and the variety of toppings for the waffles. Prices for the rooms were reasonable (we had 5 rooms). The proximity to our destination worked out great! The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the interstate. Plenty of towels and the rooms were very clean. Beds/pillows were comfortable. The property appeared updated, staff were all friendly and responsive to questions.I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. It was a good choice!
Disliked: Although the code to one room did not initially work, the staff were apologetic and were timely in resolving the issue, would have liked an individual bedside table lamp, there were limited outlets to charge devices (non near the bed), no fridge or microwave in the queen suite and ice machine on lobby floor (we were on the 3rd floor). There was a crowd for breakfast and the serving dishes were a bit small which caused a delay in refilling.
