Liked: No breakfast was included or provided.
Disliked: There were many things.Upon arrival, there were only one teaspoon and one table spoon and one cup, even though there were two of us. The cup they brought up, was old and chipped, almost cup my finger.Kettle was missing, microwave didn’t work, and when we told the front desk, nothing was done about it.No iron as was to be included. Kitchenette was only a sink and a fridge. No dishwashing detergent or dish cloth or drainer or kitchen towel provided. They gave us a face cloth and hand towel to be used on the dishes when we complained, which I didn’t use. Not hygiene in my opinion.Bath towels were tiny. We managed to get larger ones from the cleaner the following morning.Bath sink plug wouldnt stay up.No hairdryer, although they did bring one up to our room when I requested.Every time we tried calling the front desk, we always got an engaged signal. Had to got down to the front desk each time.Annoying thing was that every time we walked passed the Lobby, the staff were constantly on their mobile phones.

Disliked: Ceiling above the shower head in the bathroom was leaking and drooping. Might have mold. Should be inspected immediately.

Disliked: We had to ask multiple times for additional towels and cutlery, as the room was equipped for only one person and we were two people.

All in all, excellent stay...

Liked: Great great location! Rooms are very spacious and clean.
Disliked: A bit old / vintage - needs renovation/update (especially the lobby).Should put two large towels instead of one in the bathroom when 2 people are in the double room.
