We had a delightful stay at the Blackstone Renaissance. The hotel is conveniently located to the Auditorium Theatre which is a lovely venue. The Blackstone's staff was extremely attentive, gracious and provides nice customer service. The rooms are well-appointed and the decorating is tastefully updated. We also enjoyed our Saturday dining, before the play, at Mercat's and stopped again for an after dinner drink at the conclusion of the musical.

Disliked: It was dark, dated and literally, grey

Pleasant

Disliked: The bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival. There was not a refrigerator in the room, I had to call concierge and request one. The room was dusty.
