Basic chalet accommodation. No luxuries.

Liked: Old cosy pub with nice fireplace and surroundings.
Disliked: Room was freezing upon arrival. They don't put the heating on in the rooms before you arrive and due to the nature of the lodges, they take ages to warm up ! At check-out, the receptionist accused us if not paying - despite the fact we had paid when we arrived. Very disorganised receptionist team and left a sour taste in our mouth. Unlikely to return.

Will definitely overnight here again....

Liked: The warm welcome and friendly vibe. A lovely pub with wonderfully decorated restaurant having a menu for seemingly all tastes served by friendly and attentive young staff.Delicious breakfast with big teapot
Disliked: Although perfectly comfortable, the bedrooms don't match the standard of the restaurant. The dayglo green shower gel. The heating probably needs updating. The unnecessary portal for checking in.

Liked: English charm. Friendly staff. Everyone helpful.
Disliked: Not the fault of the staff or Inn but we had trouble with the EV charging station. It was all sorted but staff couldn’t help because EV charisma a separate entity.
