Loved our stay

Liked: We absolutely loved Jeremy at the reception. He helped us take our luggage to the room, which was a huge help since we were traveling with two kids and had a lot of stuff. He was super friendly and nice, and overall, the place was great.

Cheap safe easy

Liked: Easy
Disliked: Looks like they took out the pool but could have left the lounge chairs

Comfortable for the one night...

Liked: Room was clean a/c & TV worked great.
Disliked: Nowhere to place your items. No shelving/vanity space in bathroom or near bed. No dresser, end tables, etc. Shower water never got hot!

Exceptional

Liked: An excellent find, all the motels don’t look the best, but this one has an excellent inside. The bathroom is amazing, it has the best shower we’ve come across

Cheap stay near cool areas...

Liked: From the outside, the hotel doesn't look amazing, but I got the sense that it was recently renovated because the rooms look fairly new. They're nice and well kept, floor cleanliness could be better though. The staff was available at all times and nice.
Disliked: The walls are basically made of paper, you can hear absolutely everything the people in the other room are doing. If they're moving something or talking, you can hear everything. If the hotel is not at max capacity, I'd consider leaving empty rooms in between guests.

Disappointing

Reasonable hotel

Liked: Reasonably priced for our one night stay. Very clean
Disliked: The room had too much of a smoky/antiseptic smell. Like they were trying to mask the smoke smell

Budget

Liked: No coffee machine in the room; nor at the office. Refridge and micro zapper are good; just need to go to Publix.
Disliked: No pool; it was cemented in! Loud street noise!

Good

Liked: The attached restaurant was great.
Disliked: Noisy room.
