The stay were perfect

Liked: The breakfast were perfect I travelled with my sister the only room left were a double so we asked for a z bed to be put up and they did better than that a twin room came available so they gave it to us.
Disliked: The place we're perfect and we will definitely be staying again in the future

It’s served a purpose.

Liked: Decor was nice and staff friendly.
Disliked: We were on 2nd floor with our puppy. But lift stopped at 1st floor we’re both disabled so was painful I know it’s an old building so not a lot you can do. Breakfast was meh left most of it !

Disliked: A little updating needed in our room but they seem to be doing this through the hotel. We did take the dog.

Liked: Friendly staff, great twin room, fantastic breakfast and perfectly located in a wonderful little town.
Disliked: Bathroom door latch was faulty which meant the door kept opening when shut. Reported to reception as we were leaving and felt confident it would be addressed.

Superb

Liked: The area and comfort of the room, the shower, was ideal with a slip mat and grab rail. Good choice of food for breakfast, and there was a lift.
Disliked: The flashing light outside it was visible down the side of the window blind, not having a proper kettle. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Liked: Lovely unique hotel and wonderful Chinese restaurant/ bar- feel way more relaxed here than a large hotel. Great service - will stay againSpecial mention to the wonderful waitresses- especially the lovely young slim blonde girl dinner service Saturday night and the very helpful young dark haired girl at Sunday morning breakfast service!!
Disliked: Please make guests aware is an electronically controlled blinds 😂

Excellent hote, good value and...

Liked: Breakfast was banging and set me up for the day. Room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Room was great but a bit noisy as I was at the front of the hotel and could hear the noise from the street, other than that I had no complaints
