Comfortable bed, nice extras, needs...

Liked: The restaurant was nice, staff pleasant. Plenty of choice. Check in was easy.The furniture and accessories bought to go into the rooms is lovely. I love the style and design of the contents. The extras like the mini fridge and coffee machine, the lovely shower-all make it great.
Disliked: The parking is an issue. For all the money that must have been spent on the property, I feel the walls, windows, doors and general finish of the property could be better. There’s wood chip on walls and the painting is a bit slap dash. Noise was an issue on the night we stayed. Thin walls and noisy customers.

Our new go-to in Scarborough.

Liked: Whenever we stay in Scarborough, the Bike & Boot Hotel has become out go-to. It's close enough to the sea and the town centre meaning we can park up the car and walk everywhere. The food in the hotel is exceptional; we really enjoyed our evening meal and the breakfast the next day. I still haven't got the hang of getting runny yolks and cooked whites when I boil the eggs but if I keep coming, I'll get there eventually. The pancakes and bacon, though, make up for my lack of gastronomical talent. The rooms are very comfortable and I like that it's dog-friendly as well.
Disliked: The only thing that is a negative for the hotel is the limited car parking spaces, but that's not really something the hotel can do anything about!
