Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The courtyard is small but pleasant with tropical planting - a nice place to have the simple breakfast and good coffee. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
Disliked: The room in general was dated and in need of upgrading. Both the aircon and the (huge) refrigerator were extremely noisy - we had to switch them off at night. The bathroom sink had obviously been 're-enamelled' at some point and the paint was flaking off. The location just off Sunrise is very noisy. Apart from our hotel in Key West, this was the most expensive accommodation per night of our trip to Florida but unfortunately was far from the best.

Disliked: My room wasn’t what I expected. Furniture felt second hand. And my room had a moldy smell. That was rectified by a cleaning of the air conditioner filter, and an air freshener.

Restfull but exciting fun quiet...

Liked: David is amazing fun and helpful he knows how to run a guest house. Staff was on point and friendly
Disliked: Nothing i can think of!!

Amazing … can’t wait to...

Liked: Wow, what can I say - first class communications through the whole check in process. David should be very proud of his crew. A special shout out to Tom who delivered customer service like you would expect in a 5 star hotel.
Disliked: Some “snowbirds” who thought they ran / owned the place, I suppose you can get them anywhere - just learned to ignore the ground hog day conversations.

I can’t wait to book...

Liked: The staff couldn’t be kinder. From the check in to the late check out, this staff was on it! Special thanks to Matthew who made a solo traveler feel like staying with family.
Disliked: I wish it was closer to the beach, but that was only a quick trip down the road.
