Nice hotel but wanted two beds - not available.

Disliked: I was unable to get a room with 2 beds so we had to book another room that day. It ended up costing double for us and our friends.

A great stay in Portland

Liked: The hotel was nice, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. I loved the hot apple cider in the lobby in the evening. The staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do and directions. The customer service was some of the best I’ve had at a hotel and I travel quite a bit.
Disliked: The restaurant has a very limited menu and the food wasn’t great.

Liked: We liked the friendly staff, the location, and the comfort of the rooms and bed. The hotel is central to many good restaurants in downtown Portland.
Disliked: We have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Awful experience

Liked: Room was clean and beautiful
Disliked: The hair dryer was broken and the shower drain made a dripping sound all night despite being completely dry. The worst part however was that the power was out for about 10hrs. This was not the hotel's fault however as a result we were unable to use our restaurant credit because the restaurant was closed due to the outage, our room was pitch black, we were unable to charge our devices, and we were unable to control the temperature in the room. The attitude of the hotel staff the next morning was, "Yeah, too bad. Shit happens." Would have been nice if they had offered a partial refund, or even a discount voucher for a future stay. As things stand, there's no way in hell I'll ever stay here again.

Nice hotel with all amenities...

Liked: It was a great location. Able to park the car and walk around. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.
Disliked: If valet parking was a bit cheaper
