Liked: Iconic property in the perfect location. Wicked color scheme.
Disliked: With prices north of the Bel-Air Hotel it is no longer an especially good value.

Iconic hotel that lived up...

Liked: Friendly and helpful service from every member of staff I encountered. Really nice room with all the comforts you would expect at a hotel of this caliber. Dinner at the Polo lounge was excellent, good quality food and nice ambience. The complimentary upgrade was a nice touch.

Liked: Loved the beauty, the history, the richness and the incredible staff!! In particular Anastasia, Chloe, Mitchell and all others.

Foofy, and fun for a...

Liked: Very rich decor throughout, as expected. Great service.
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room. Also, our balcony was noisy due to a huge fan right by it.
