Excellent value for money, modern...

Liked: Lovely decor. Small room with en-suite but good quality fixtures & fittings. Fresh, modern looking. Functional. Friendly staff. Quiet location. So close to Victoria Station - we parked here for the weekend at a fairly reasonable price. 5 min walk from the car park. Excellent value for money. I would recommend it to others.
Disliked: Carpets looking a bit tired. Replace or deep clean needed. Pillow was far too firm and bulky for my personal preference, waking with a very stiff neck and shoulders, painful walking around the next day. It would be good to have a couple of pillows with varying thickness/firmness to pick from. If I were to stay again, I’d bring my own pillow. Bottom sheet kept moving both nights, possibly too small? But there was no mattress protector either.

Liked: Lovely old London Town house turned into a modern hotel. Great location near to Victoria Train Station. Walking distance to such places as Harrods.
Disliked: Lots of stairs could be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Liked: Friendly staff. Good localisation. Close to restaurants and 20mins walk to Buckingham Palace. Spacious family room
Disliked: Smell in the room. The sofa wasn't very comfy to sleep on but it was ok for one night

Convenient location, clean, friendly.

Liked: The staff on the front desk were brilliant - especially the night porter working on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th. Very friendly. Room was small ish but had everything needed.
