Liked: Fantastic hotel with on site parking. Room was clean. Staff were very polite and friendly.
Disliked: The property was fabulous. Only downside was the 2 flights of stairs to the room and the bar was quite expensive.

Enjoyable. Will definitely come back.

Liked: The property was modern, homely and elegant. Decor and design was lovely. The added little extras in the room were great ie the sweets. Tea and coffee counter was stocked of choice.
Disliked: I cannot comment on anything bad other than the mattress was a bit firm for my liking and room service would have been ideal.

OK but not the service...

Liked: This was my 4th or 5th stay at Beverley Arms. The hotel is very well located and rooms well appointed. Private parking at the back of the hotel very handy. Chelsea and Adele always provide excellent friendly service.
Disliked: I ate in the dining room on the Sunday evening. Initially I ordered steak medium rare but when it arrived it was barely edible and very chewy. I asked for it to be retuned and decided to go for a burger as I thought that this would be less risky. On arrival the meat was a solid mass rather than succulent meal which I was looking for. This also went back which is the first time this has ever happened to me. I had invited a school friend for breakfast the following day only to told, in rather an accusative manner, that guests could not have breakfast. In the end this was accommodated but did leave a rather disappointing taste in our mouths. Not the service I have come to expect.
