Liked: great service at reception of every single employeethe location is prefect within Miami South Beach
Disliked: bad service in the restaurant (we spoke to the manage about it and it was obvious where the problem is coming from: very poor management of the restaurnat)bad quality of breakfastmold or damp smell in roomlower pool closed

Liked: Mattress was comfortable, room was spotless and service focus from staff was very noticeable. Additionally, LT steak possesses three of the bests: we’ve ever had: the bread, the flan and the lemon poppyseed cake.
Disliked: Courtyard pool under maintenance, an elevator that leads to nowhere?

Liked: It’s in the best location on Ocean drive, with a view of the ocean. There’s not traffic as the Ocean Drive was closed to traffic (not sure if it’s always the case). It’s very artsy and it feels like the lobby bar (with live music) and restaurant are very popular also with non-guests, so there’s always a vibrant atmosphere. The rooftop pool is great, you can see the ocean and sunset.
