Liked: It was beautiful, clean, cozy, family oriented, perfectly located with all around great staff, service and amenities!
Disliked: We liked everything about the property!

Nice hotel. Excellent location but...

Liked: The location is excellent on Ocean Drive. We had a suite with a sofa-bed. The beech towels and lungers were included.
Disliked: Difficult to communicate with staff. The sms service didn't work and phone lines were engaged/unanswered when required.The suite includes a sofa-bed which seems old and uncomfortable for my children. We were not warned that this would be the bedding arrangement when we booked. One swimming pool and the restaurant were closedNot quite the boutique hotel experience we expected

Liked: Nice staff!
Disliked: A lot of reconstruction going on. Only one pool out of two open. Upper deck closed. No restaurant in the hotel open. Continues noise during the day due to the reconnection.

Liked: Excellent location on the pedestrian end of Ocean Drive
Disliked: Closed the restaurant and a swimming pool on our 2nd day for refurbishment with no prior notice . Breakfast was then offered Buffet style in the Cafe at same cost of $32 per person and they then charged an additional 20% service for serving yourself! We complained to management who gave us free breakfasts for our stay and a late checkout.Had we known before that this refurbishment was planned maintenance was going ahead we would have booked another hotel.
