Disliked: We stayed 1 week. There’s nothing to say on our stay. Overall we were happy, but…. When we arrived they blocked 700 dollar from our credit card. At the check out there was 350 dollar left but they kept that amount blocked. They said it will take 2 weeks to deblock the money. (In Europe it’s 2/5 days). We are 1 month further and still no money back. I’ve send an email but no reply. And there’s nothing I can do…

I will never stay here...

Liked: The location was ideal for what we needed. We also were able to enjoy the happy hour music which was really nice. The rooftop pool was OK because the bartender was great. But there weren't enough chairs and so many pigeons flying around and landing in the pool (gross).
Disliked: I am actually really pissed about this hotel. I specifically booked 2 double beds and paid probably $200 for this. When I arrived, I was given one king bed and when I asked about rooms with 2 double beds the guy said "well you have a pull-out couch". Come on, what a terrible response. What 40 year old woman wants to sleep on a pull-out. The view out our window was awful. The guy at the front desk said "you have a nice interior room overlooking our courtyard". Our view was of a pool being renovated, completely asinine and misleading. The logistics of the hotel itself were awful. You have to go up and around just to get to the other side. There aren't enough signs so we kept getting lost. The price I paid for this hotel was gut-wrenching and I will absolutely NEVER stay here again. I was traveling with a very large group and I also expressed my opinion as well. I felt very scammed.

Liked: The location and the wifi was good. They also get kudos for letting check in early.
Disliked: It was very expensive for what you got. Our room had a lot of small insects looking like ants and we complained but the staff did nothing about it. The hotel looked quite good from pictures and the price was high but it was a disappointment for us. Needs to be renovated.
