Your staff was exceptionally friendly...

Liked: There was no breakfast available. You might include a packet in such days with a roll, a piece of fruit and such. I loved having the outdoor pool. It all worked. The best part was your helpful and friendly staff. We thought each one we met was exceptional! It gives ambience.

Liked: The room was cozy and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and the tavern had a nice atmosphere and very good food. The lobby fireplace is a nice touch.

Disliked: Remote for tv didn't work. Had to use manual buttons on back of tv

Disappointing historic hotel

Liked: Location, car park
Disliked: The hotel pool was closed (we were not warned in advance that it would be closed for repair). The breakfast was not available either. The concierge on arrival was unable to provide accurate information (we had to ask about pool, breakfast etc). There is also no lift for those with limited mobility

Exceptional

Liked: It was a nice stay for our traveling needs.
Disliked: No air condition, but I am from Florida and expected air condition but didn't really need it.
