Very nice stay in Milan

Liked: Good hotel for a 1 day stay.Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: When checking in, it felt like someone was already sleeping on the bed.

Good location and value for...

Liked: The location is quite good as the hotel is just less than 10 min walk from Milano Centrale, and it's also close to Metro lines, which makes it convenient to move around a big city such as Milan. The staff was friendly and very helpful every time I needed.
Disliked: The breakfast could be better as there is no that much variety or alternatives. However, it's okay for a 2-star hotel, and it gives you the option to grab a coffee and a croissant at least before leaving the hotel

Liked: Everything was very good. Very clean room, there are blankets in case if it is a little bit fresh inside the room. Excellent location - very close to metro station and Milano Centrale! Also breakfast is very good! Personal is very kind!
Disliked: There is no fan

A place to stay not...

Disliked: The beds are extremely uncomfortable, rock hard. Couldn’t sleep.Double bed 140 cm (not a double bed I think) but according to staff standard at 2 star so….Only a sheet and a blanket that you don’t want close to your face as you don’t know how many guests have been using that blanket….The actual room was only apx 7,5 m2 so you had to open your suitcase on the bed. No extra room at all. The 14 sq m is probably with the balcony and bathroom and some stairs. Breakfast, mostly sugar but a plus anyway.

Excelente location, staff and breakfast.

Liked: The hotel is closer to Milano Centrale Station and has a great number of restaurants, shops, and Il Mercato Centrale, which offers a variety of restaurants and typical food. The staff was sensational: cordial and sympathetic. The breakfast is normal but the items are fresh and tasty. On Saturday, there is a fair of natural products, clothes, and various other items. If using the car, parking is not available on those days.
Disliked: The mattress is not very comfortable a little bit hard and the restroom's door doesn't close. The sound insulation was also not good and it was possible to listen to noise from external areas.

Liked: It was a short walk from the train station. The desk clerk was very nice and the breakfast was good.
