Very disappointed, but it was partially my fault for not complaining and moving rooms.

Liked: The lobby was pretty and the underground tunnel from the parking lot was pretty neat even though it's closed at 7pm.
Disliked: Bed was hard; the room service paper on the bed still had information the person before us had written on it. The heater in the room did not work so the fan just pushed out cold air - wanted to complain but did not want to pack up and move rooms at 3am. The shower did not turn on all the way so the pressure sucked. And to top it off the view was an alley and another building - was disappointed as this was supposed to be a really nice hotel for the high price. Also we were never even given a passward to the wifi and never told about any accommodation they had.

Liked: Great location and service. Gorgeous building.
Disliked: Constant noise from outside. Kept TV on all night to cover it up.

Great location, clean and quiet...

Liked: Room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious with options that everyone in the family enjoyed.
Disliked: One of the breakfast servers lingered and talked too much. We enjoyed his hospitality at first but when the food arrived he needed to go and didn't ready our body language to understand that.

Liked: we have stayed at the Benson many times over the years. I think it is a great bargain for a very upscale hotel!

Disliked: Online it said wine and cheese offered. It was not available. For this level of hotel the breakfast menu could be much better. A microwave and fridge should be in each room.
