Very disappointed, but it was partially my fault for not complaining and moving rooms.

Liked: The lobby was pretty and the underground tunnel from the parking lot was pretty neat even though it's closed at 7pm.
Disliked: Bed was hard; the room service paper on the bed still had information the person before us had written on it. The heater in the room did not work so the fan just pushed out cold air - wanted to complain but did not want to pack up and move rooms at 3am. The shower did not turn on all the way so the pressure sucked. And to top it off the view was an alley and another building - was disappointed as this was supposed to be a really nice hotel for the high price. Also we were never even given a passward to the wifi and never told about any accommodation they had.

Liked: Great location and service. Gorgeous building.
Disliked: Constant noise from outside. Kept TV on all night to cover it up.

Liked: Harold and Clarissa are awesome. They were very helpful. They were very kind to my senior mom. Location was good. The streets seemed a lot cleaner and felt safer vs. When we were in Portland last year. We had a really good stay in 2023. We like the classic hotel vibe.
Disliked: We had a second room reservation. 1. I informed the front desk person that we may be checking in late so he asked my card and processed the charge authorization and said we can come back any time for the keycards. Later that evening, they could not find the reservation. We were tired from a long day and we were frustrated because we were being asked for information that was not relevant for the second booking. We waited 30-40 mins before they found the reservation again. 2. On our second day, we were locked out of our room. Waited half an hour before being told we had to transfer rooms. We had a lot of stuff- no offer to help us move our stuff. 3. Room we moved to had clogged toilet. The person that fixed it was nice and did the work fast but there was no clean up crew after he fixed the toilet. We had to clean the drippings with the towel-mats and liquid soap provided.4. We were asked for a review and asked if we wanted a follow up. We did the review and asked for follow up. It’s been 2 weeks. Nothing.
