Great location, very nice room...
Liked: Very good room, great location and a comfortable bed.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.

Great getaway weekend stay
Liked: Very pleased, it was very nice stay.Recently renovated hotel, clean and has a modern feel. I loved the location for our needs of shopping, theatre and all public transport. Highly recommend the valet parking.We booked a suite which was very roomy.Starbucks across the street and a small bodega for snacks..
Disliked: Wished the restaurant was ready, but Starbucks across the streetI thought the Ac/heating system was a bit loud. However, it did cool the room quickly.

Ok! Just needs to be...
Liked: The location is good and close to 5th avenue and St Patrick’s Cathedral. The room I had has just been renovated and are much better than they used to be. I’m not sure all have been done, but definitely glad they done the renovation, it was much needed.
Disliked: The restaurant is still closed after about 3/4 years since Covid started. The mini bar was empty and had to get what you wanted from the front desk with a $10 allowance each day. Also I was disappointing that they take $300 (£226) from you for incidentals, but don’t return it to you when you check out. They said it will be given back to you in 14 working days, but it took with 3 calls and a complaint to my credit card company 18 working days later to get my money back. This left a bad taste and would definitely think twice before going back or recommending.
