Facilities were okay. Manager at...

Liked: It was clean and well furnished.
Disliked: The staff especially at the front desk were not very knowledgeable and didn’t make efforts to try to resolve basic issues such as getting adaptors or making suggestions as to how one could get one. One of them directed me to the vending machine and I bought the pack which turned out to be the wrong charger and there was no empathy whatsoever. Thankfully a lady at the breakfast restaurant helped look for a charger temporarily and then directed me to a CVS store where I got the right adaptor. By the way the guy at the reception told me proudly that 99.8% of their guests were local so he knew nothing about adaptors. Very poor.
