Never again

Liked: Nothing, invisible check-in , our code would not work after we left room, sit in lobby for a hour calling to get help 3 times at that. Very disappointed.
Disliked: No staff

Once we got in it...

Liked: It was very pretty.
Disliked: We could not get into our room we where sent the wrong code

Great location for a short...

Liked: The location is great! Great shops and restaurants and bars all around
Disliked: No parking and no on site staff if there are any issues. I also didn’t like all the expired candy and snacks they they tried to sell to us in the room.

This is a unique property...

Liked: Fantastic location. Walkable to many of the great restaurants and bars in the Highlands area. Contactless check in worked well for us and we were able to park on the street directly next to the property.
Disliked: The room was not very well maintained. The remote control for one of the TVs was missing. A picture was missing from the wall with just a picture hook. There’s no closet but no hooks anywhere to hang clothes, and no towel rods or hooks in the bathroom, so we just had to pile damp towels on top of the sink and keep our clothes in our suitcases.

Liked: great location........very clean premises.........very quiet.....what else is there for a good night's rest in a vacation city. Will definitely come back again and again, when I can.
Disliked: could use a small couch in the room.

I'd love to stay there...

Liked: This is one of those "no contact" hotels. I was unfamiliar with that, but came in early on my book tour and the housekeeper was kind enough to check with management and gave me early access to my room.
