Never again.

Liked: Location was great in the centre of sandwich
Disliked: 3 floors up no lift no and no question of are you able to make stairs .The room was shabby and tired.The bathroom was musty .The curtains were stained and dirty .You could hear every sound from room next door. The breakfast looked good but was cold.

Good location and friendly hotel.

Liked: Very good selection for breakfast and friendly staff. Good location and nice rooms.
Disliked: Hot water for shower not forthcoming! Had to run for ages to get Luke warm.Our room at the back of hotel overlooking alleyway which was noisy when people out for a smoke!
