Disliked: Upper floors need renovation but still a good place to stay.

A Very Pleasant Stay

Liked: The room was very comfortable with a good view of the river. Amazing breakfast choice, and dinner was excellent too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking very close in the Quay car park with an overnight voucher offered between 4pm and 10am. Very close to the town centre with several nice restaurants and cafes.

Disliked: The owners should be ashamed of themselves No notification when booking of hotel being under renovation and no hot water on the second night , response was we have called a plumber , staff saved the day by their kindness , proprietors need a lesson in hospitality
