I do not recommend this...

Liked: This hotel does not provide breakfast, which is the guests' right, to non-locals and treats non-local visitors in a rude and disrespectful manner.
Disliked: The staff and manager of the hotel exhibit extremely racist behavior, which is very offensive. I do not recommend this place to non-local guests, as they will definitely feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

Liked: Rooms, Beds ; Room 104 ; Price; Location ; Internet service ; Cleanliness ; Quietness; waters and cookies available
Disliked: Exterior Air condition Noise in Room 103 ; Light in Room 103 coming from skylight even with automatic black outs ; Continental Breakfast in a self service mode very poor : no ham needed to request, no napkins available needed to request, no yogurts, needed to request and sometimes not available ; oranges and bananas available but sometimes no bananas ; poor selection of breads ; no hot milk available only cold ; Room service : stayed more then 3 nights and restocking left at the door in a plastic bag no visit to the rooms at all

Ringing Bell!

Liked: Quite modern and clean room compared to the pub downstairs. Big bed.
Disliked: The name should have tipped me off but the ringing bell from the courtyard at all hours of the night was an unpleasant surprise given that I was staying there the night before an exam. Scalding shower was difficult to adjust. Terrible breakfast.
