Liked: Lady in reception was exceptional - very helpful , gave helpful information , assisted us in printing a document and very polite and friendly

Liked: Very good location. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. And last but not least all member of the staff was excellent on the job, courteous and friendly.
Disliked: I like to have a third towel for drying hands but this makes absolutely not a negative impact on my review.

Liked: Fantastic stay for me and my 10 year old daughter. A couple of minutes walk from the quiet Pimlico tube. Hotel was lovely and clean, decent sized door at a competitive price. Will certainly stay again next time we come to London

Great location!

Liked: The staff were amazing and the location was fantastic for access to the main sites by bus. The only challenge was the rooms are tiny and the bathroom uncomfortable for the price you pay. But it is London so it’s the norm.
