Very good

Disliked: Everything was really good, the only problem we had was when we came home late at night and discovered that none of the plugs were working so were unable to charge our phones, set alarm, etc. We had to be moved to another room because of this.

Great location and facilities....except for...

Liked: The location, the facilities, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the shower, all were great.
Disliked: I don't like hotels that don't supply a toilet brush in the bathroom. I can't understand why such a simple thing is omitted. This review would have been rated as ten star, but for this issue.

Great short stay

Liked: Location was central and walking distance to train station. Property was very clean and the breakfast was very fresh with a wide selection.
Disliked: The room was very small but clean

Excellent stay! Will definitely be...

Liked: The unit was big for a London hotel and it is located in a nice area which made it easy for us to walk around in the morning and also find a restaurant at night when we arrived. The hotel was in a quiet area and the UBER price to the train station was not bad (when we decided not to take the train on the day of our departure).
Disliked: Nothing
