Liked: Excellent food, lovely staff, main bar had entertainment and coctails which was brilliant
Disliked: No robes in the rooms which I'd expect to be included for this level of hotel. Spa isn't a spa really and completely lets the place down. Jacuzzi is literally luke warm (apparently members say it cant be turned up but they are waiting on a refurb?) and all the other advertised facilities (hot/cold area) is extra which we didn't realise. No staff to ask once you are in the wet areas as everything isn't open you have to press a bell to be let into the extra cost area. We would of paid if we'd of known but not obvious. Lots of members of the facilities complaining about how bad the pool/wet areas are. Annoying we booked a better hotel for the spa facilities so we were very disappointed as it was my birthday night away.
