Soft bed; excellent service - they were patient and knowledgeable when I had a question; the hotel was quiet. I stayed for two nights and I will never use another hotel when traveling - this is my go to.

Comfortable and well run hotel...
Liked: We like the decor, the cleanliness, the shower and mattress, in short very comfortable with a good feel. We also appreciated easy self parking next to hotel, and for our purposes an exceptional North Dallas location. The service we have had here has been exceptional and friendly.
Disliked: We sort of miss downstairs coffee and an easy light breakfast, not really offered here.

Rooms were decent- early pool...
Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Awful service at the bar for breakfast. Pool was closed at 10 pm so we didn’t get to use it- seems early for a weekend and only reason we booked the hotel.

It was a good stay...
Liked: Location was what we needed.
Disliked: We have an additional charges that staff could not find on the billing but holds were placed on my credit card. Plus, was charged $156 additional fees and taxes that almost doubled our room cost even after booking on the hotel’s website. Then additional $226 is pending on my card that the staff can’t determine what it’s for. Charged $100 incidentals that should get back within a few days. Just would have been nice to know all these additional fees would charged or pending on my credit card.
