If you don't like noise...
Liked: Big room
Disliked: No bathtub and we got THE noisy room M3 above the pub and on Government Street. Very noisy. The time before we had a super quiet room in a different wing of the building.

Understand why they have a...
Liked: I asked to be moved to a different room. I was not happy with the shower. Front desk person, Ron attended my room with housekeeping, and she said it was just stained. I asked to be moved, and they said they could upgrade me for $50. And because I used the washroom, they would have to charge me a cleaning fee, or I could pay to be upgraded. I walked down the road and booked a better hotel room for the night. I did not ask for a refund.

Pleasant
Liked: Great service, very understanding staff. Privacy can be a bit of a deal breaker. No room service, but they will be accommodating.Card isn't always guaranteed to work to let you in the building after hours. Bathroom had a great design.Decent room sizes. Blankets need to be upgraded as they are thin and falling apart.Room utilities were helpful. Could do with a bigger fridge for the kitchenettes, as they're still only mini fridge sized. Couldn't hold food, beverages, etc at once.Good if you want to stay for a couple nights, but anything over and you'll feel sore from the beds and possibly tired of take out.

Funky hotel but sub par...
Liked: Location.
Disliked: The room was sub par. It looked like a part of a larger room that had been cut up, hence the number 35A. It was clean and comfortable enough but: it was advertised as having cooking facilities and while there was a cook top there were no utensils, no dishes, and no pots; there was no bathroom sink - the only sink was beside the cooktop; there was a small fridge and a coffee maker but no microwave; there was no dresser to put clothes in and the closet was a niche in the wall with a few hangars. And for this I paid the full rate of over $100.00 per day.
