Liked: This is a conventional Bed and Breakfast with a very pleasant, polite and helpful landlady. The room was just right for my requirements. The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful, with extra toast and coffee available on request. There was plenty of off-street parking available, and the location meant it was quiet at night. The local railway station is only 10 minutes walk away, with a 16 minute journey time into central Liverpool.
Disliked: Poor television reception in my room. Otherwise everything was fine.

Disliked: Could have done with a small towel for hair wash. Also a bath mat to step out of the shower.

Absolutely horrible place , still...

Liked: Arrived in afternoon had nap , was bitten to death by bed bugs or fleas. Didn’t even have breakfast as my skin was crawling. Left the property in early hours
