Comfortable Stay and Friendly Service...

Liked: The staff, especially those at the reception, were very welcoming. The hotel was ideally located, making it convenient for sightseeing. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the room itself was well-sized.
Disliked: However, despite the great location, there was quite a bit of noise. I also noticed an unusual smell in the restroom of the hotel lobby, and the shower in my room frequently leaked, as it was a combination shower and bathtub.

Superb location in central Lisbon....

Liked: Superb location - couldn't be more central. Nice room but the hotel colour scheme (dark green) makes it all a bit gloomy. Good breakfast.Great, friendly staff

Disliked: The fact I have been bitten 2 times by something on my back during the night.Also that the hotel placed me in a room next to the building next door. That's under construction, with a total lack of respect.. I have been woken early in the morning with someone hammering a metal pipe just on the same wall that divides the hotel and the empty building next door.Didn't ask for a special treatment.. Just thsy I have been informed that was constructions next door by the manager, this construction is a long term one and it's been going in for a few months and it's still going to be in for a few more if not years. . Or simply they should have just block those rooms soo no one have to listen to that noise..I have rented 2 rooms and both noisy.

A little jam in the...

Liked: The hotel is located in the central, great starting point for exploring the city without climbing the hills. Bed is super comfy, breakfast selection is amazing. I’d definitely come back.
Disliked: More sound proof would be better as we could still hear the city but nothing major. Sockets on both sides of the bed would be nice and a night stand lamp would be a better option than the other lamps for evening light.

Liked: Excellent location and the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 The rooms were stunning and the hotel is beautiful.
Disliked: Only issue is you can hear the tram in the night so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Liked: The location was perfect.The staff were very friendly and helpful.The restaurant was good too.The price was very reasonable.We would come back.
Disliked: ▪︎ The first room we were given (408) was substandard (but on complaining we were moved to a much better one - 408).▪︎ The shower door in 408 was problematic and needs to be addressed, as either the door itself or the toilet bowl outside (or both) are likely to get broken at some stage, because of the setup.
