Lovely, convenient, restful & glamorous...

Liked: Amazing & friendly staff - gorgeous bar - attentive room service - respected privacy - delicious bathroom amenities - phone easily paired with TV - loved the in-room tea & snacks - thank you for the various choice of slippers - in-room safe very secure - lovely view from floor 5!
Disliked: I always wish breakfast could be served until noon, but that's what night-people/not-morning people always say haha
