Liked: Great locations to everything we needed for a couple of days.Comfortable bed lovely shower.Janey and Chris were very accommodating and very welcoming to both of us.Great breakfast lovely ingredients and a good choice of stuff to eat. Would recommend to come

Liked: Janey and Chris are wonderful, kind hosts in their beautiful spotless b&b, the rooms are perfect and the breakfast is superb, kept us going for the whole day, would hightly recommend and we will be returning!

Great First Visit

Liked: Jeany and her husband Chris were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice and a beautifully cooked and presented full English. The room was spacious and well equipped with lots of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. There is also a hairdryer.
Disliked: For me the bed was too soft but this is a personal preference. The shower was a bit unpredictable. There are steep stairs to the top floor where our room was which was OK for us but people with mobility issues might struggle.

Liked: The staff were so lovely and very accommodating for us and our dog. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the accommodation was amazing!

Excellent weekend break

Liked: excellent, welcoming hosts. Extremely friendly and informative. Nothing too much trouble. Room was very cosy and comfortable, loved by our dog too.Positioned very close to amenities.Would definitely revisit. Your hotel is a credit to you Chris & Janey. Keep up the good work

Best North Bay stay

Liked: Excellent accomodation, warm and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts are extremely friendly. Location is great for Peasholme park and the beach. Dog friendly which for us is a must, they even offered our best friend his own breakfast. Would not hesitate to book again.
