Two night stay

Liked: Lovely 2 nights at The Beaches. Amazing cooked breakfast, top quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. Good sized room, with small balcony. Soft, comfortable bed and we slept well. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris, who is naturally friendly and helpful. We were extremely grateful, when caught in a downpour, that Chris offered to dry our drenched clothes in the tumble drier. Thanks, Chris! Would definitely return. Fabulous fish & chips down the road at North Bay Fisheries and lovely meal at The Hideout, also just down the road.

Loved our stay, highly recommend...

Liked: Had a last minute mid week break here. It’s ideally placed for Peasholm Park and other North Bay amenities. We didn’t meet Janey but the standard of service from Chris was extremely high and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Our king room at the top of the house was very comfortable and warm. Nicely decorated (bed a bit soft for us but that is personal preference) with an en-suite, plenty of tea & coffee plus bottle opener and glasses. Breakfast is pre order the night before and there’s a great selection , freshly cooked plus fresh coffee. We really couldn’t have been happier with our stay and highly recommend. It’s dog friendly too. We hope to be back again.
Disliked: Bed was a bit too soft.

Liked: Janey and Chris are wonderful, kind hosts in their beautiful spotless b&b, the rooms are perfect and the breakfast is superb, kept us going for the whole day, would hightly recommend and we will be returning!

Great First Visit

Liked: Jeany and her husband Chris were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice and a beautifully cooked and presented full English. The room was spacious and well equipped with lots of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. There is also a hairdryer.
Disliked: For me the bed was too soft but this is a personal preference. The shower was a bit unpredictable. There are steep stairs to the top floor where our room was which was OK for us but people with mobility issues might struggle.
