A nice stay

Liked: The male waiter made the Bistro a better experience he was polite and funny.
Disliked: I paid £30 for the steak it was a terrible meal. Very over priced. Lady on reception was rude and argumentative with me and her fellow staff member on New Year’s Eve.

Disliked: Very out dated. Felt like we walked into a seventies hotel. My room had a costal view but was very small. The furniture is very old fashioned. The cupboard had no door and 3 coat hangers 1 broken. The coffee is bad and no tea selection. The windows were very dirty! Didnt justify the price.. the food is very limited and presentation is poor. Breakfast is like at the school camp.. coffee is terrible. I asked if i could have fruit and bacon with my pancakes. And the answer was I can’t have both!!I had the flu and asked for extra tissue box.. reception said they don’t do tissues!! But every room had a box! The pool was cold.. Jeffrey at the bar is lovely.. the bar ladies were also lovely and accommodating. Its a pity.. so much could be done
