Another Great Stay

Liked: Always stay here when visiting family because it is such a nice hotel. The staff are all welcoming and smiley. The rooms are large enough, the beds comfy, the breakfast delicious with plenty of choice and the position by the sea front ... perfect.

Liked: Very friendly, helpful staff. Dogs made very welcome and are allowed in the bistro bar (not main restaurant). Bed, bowls, treats and a roll of poo bags wete also provided for my pampered pooch! Loved the private use of the swimming pool and the hotel is right next to the beach, which is sandy at low tide.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: Clean good location ,very helpful staff spatially the breakfast staff they are very helpful and friendly and smart and look after the gust verywell. And thank you to the cleaner our room was very very clean which i never see clean like that for any hotel my family was so exited when we see the room how was tidy and clean after we check in thank you so much .plus the morning receptionists lady helpful and friendly and smart . Thanks to all staff welldone

I like this hotel and...

Liked: Room was big and spacious. Bed super comfy. As I was studying I had a lot of space to move around. Some staff very friendly, professional and very helpful. What I really enjoy is the pool, it’s privacy to staying guests especially as I am rehabilitating a fractured arm. And the peacefulness of this.
Disliked: Room was very hot. Radiators would not turn off. I had to leave windows open during the night. I have stayed in the hotel a few times, as a guest I don’t expect to have to negotiate for half an hour to put my name down to use the swimming pool, in fact I never should have to negotiate thing when I’m a guest. It’s one of the reasons I use this hotel. Whilst I understand policy has changed, later that day when I asked if I could use the pool, it wasn’t an issue and the staff then were excellent. When I signed in, no one’s name was written in to use it that day! I would recommend that the hotel look into this policy again, especially for guests.Or take room numbers and exceed service by letting a guest know its free to use. One of the staff were less friendly than I’ve experienced previously, I hope it’s a one off. As other staff excelled. There were other issues crop up with another guest, and I watched the behavior of a staff member towards her was unacceptable! Management need to do staff training on new staff. I won’t discuss on here but I wasn’t impressed by her behavior to me or another guest. She knows I caught her facial expressions. On the whole I always enjoy staying here. It’s the first time I’ve experienced this.
