Disliked: The staff was inattentive, hands off, and zero service. We got checked in, checked out and that’s it. For the costs and fees the fact that the main pool was drained, the amount of dog hair and damage in the rooms, and lack of any type of service was disappointing. We felt a big uncomfortable having small kids with us, many other guests got check in gifts we did not. When we asked Aaron’s about where to go, the water taxi, food etc. it was met with “why are you talking me to me” attitude from the young desk staff. No room service, no room cleaning, no luggage cart help at check in / out and only one place to eat was open along with most of the other amenities being closed for the seasons I’m assuming. Would have been nice to know prior to booking
