Disliked: The rooms had significant dust accumulation, and the air conditioning unit had substantial mold growth. I experienced nasal congestion upon waking in the morning. The accommodations would be acceptable if it wasn't for the inadequate cleaning.

Liked: Really loved the furnishings. Silvia at the front desk was an absolute delight. We loved her!

Incredible staff, good location, comfortable.

Liked: Staff were incredible, in particular silvia. Would do anything in their power to make you feel comfortable. Good value for money especially for the area. Easy access to trains and good location.
Disliked: A little outdated and things could be improved but only because of how new they are. Rooms, you could hear everything.

Exceptional

Liked: The personel at the reception is amazing ! I will gave them 10 stars for their service. Sylvia gave me a lot of good references and activities for the kangourous sight seeing. Very welcoming and professional. Wow ! Also, they speak different langage such as French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese... to name just few.
