Value for money in a...

Liked: Welcoming & helpful reception staff, comfortable bed, clean bedroom with a window that can be opened onto a fairly quiet laneway, good price.
Disliked: The street number, 17, is not next to 15. Someone smoked in the lift just before I arrived. Some cracks in my bathroom sink and a slight mouldy smell in the reception area.

It did the job but...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: There were many maintenance issues. Door handle about to come off. Toilet seat broken. Floor creaked. The noise from other rooms and outside was loud.
