Charming, well located and value...

Liked: The breakfast is superb and delivered to your door at your selected time. Cosy and quaint room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent location for walking to all the main attractions.
Disliked: The room was a little bit full of furniture in spite of it being a generous size. But that was the only slight negative.

Liked: The room was bright and well appointed.Our room was up 2 flights of stairs and thankfully the manager helped bring our big bags up.Breakfast was served in the room and was adequate.The centre of Bath was an 8 min walk away.There are a number of restaurants 5-8 mins walk away.
Disliked: The parking was tight and other cars were parked in, so we had to leave our car keys in our room in case someone needed to get their car out.There was an option to park in the public carpark behind the house but that cost around 17GBP per day.The shower drain blocked.
