Liked: Great food and great team of staff. Welcoming and relaxed.
Disliked: The bedroom and bathroom were both quite cold and needs a bit of TLC to make it more welcoming and comfortable. However the bed was very comfortable and excellent quality linen and towels.

Liked: Average cooked full English breakfast, choice and service very good.
Disliked: Lighting in the room was a challenge for my wife when trying to get ready for the evening, hair and make-up whilst sitting at the desk.

Liked: The staff were incredible - interested, intelligent, welcoming, inobtrusive.The food was excellent (we dined there in the evening), the room lovely, with a spacious bathroom; a superb mattress and perfect night's sleep.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Food was excellent, staff incredibility friendly, comfortable. Great location for the gorge and access to the surrounding area. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Keep in mind it is a beautiful pub with dining and guest rooms. It is not primarily a hotel. I didn't not like this - it added to it - but keep this is mind. This is why no children - it is not suitable for young children.
