Disliked: Very weak shower water pressure, barely enough.Rooms are okay, not very clean but reasonable, i got allergic reactions.The location is very good in middle of the center.Check in was unclear, there was no desk.Strangers told me i have to check in at another hotel a street away.The person at the desk apologised but there was no sign or text placed upon my advice.During my vacation i helped strangers wanted to check in.

Liked: Great location right by Union Square. Rooms are spacious and clean. Minimal design and hardwood floors.
Disliked: The carpet in the stairway could use some deep cleaning.

Disliked: Details about checking in and checking out we’re not clear. I was not told how to check out or where toLeave the key card and there was no one at the desk. I had to go to the Stratford hotel to ask how I was supposed to check out because they were not responding to emails and I couldn’t call with my foreign number. No baggage storage facilities either. Not the cleanest of hotels either

Overall, very good

Liked: Very comfortable bed and the hotel location was close to everything we needed.
Disliked: There was a high level of noise every night coming from outside our window which seemed to be coming from some sort of mechanical ventilation system. Also, there was no coffee or tea making facilities in our room, which would have been nice.
