Liked: Room was clean and decent. I had a comfortable stay. The location was very central, and the security with double locked doors at the entrance seemed decent. There were large windows and had good ventilation and also a heating source.
Disliked: I just wish there was a kettle or some basic utensil like glass or cup in the room. But the stay was overall comfortable. The room cleaning service was not available, and I hope there were directions how to dispose the waste, like my stay was almost a week long, and I could not wait till the end of my stay.

Liked: No staff around, barely any facilities, asked for toilet paper and was told they would bring it but never received anything.. Towels stained, lamps not working, pillows stained, poor cleaning all around. Requested a front facing room and was told that would be provided but face a brick wall right in front. Entire room had a weird sewer urine smell.If I could I would ask for a refund.

Liked: Wow! The room was way better than I expected! The amenities, the cleanliness, the quietness. Location is awesome! And as a guest you are entitled to a free drink at the Bartlett bar (with a coupon). Loved everything about the room and the hotel. Will stay there again and have already recommended it to my friends!
Disliked: Every morning at around 6 am the central heating made pretty loud noise, so it was like an alarm clock. I was awake by that time, so it was fun for me. But might be disturbing for others. Room 618, dear hotel managers, kindly fix. Besides that - just awesome!!!!

Liked: Good location, comfortable bed, hot shower.
Disliked: Reception was at another hotel a block away. TV didn’t work. Nowhere to leave bags for the day after check out. Window faced a wall two feet away.
