Disliked: The awful noice the students were making, till late. First five floors rented by students. I had a room on the second floor and way beyond my university age.

Liked: Great Location, close to river walk. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Too expensive. breakfast and parking extra cost after paying nearly $300 for one night stay
