The hotel accommodations and staff were much better than I anticipated. I will definitely stay there again the next time I travel to Tampa.

Could benefit from mechanical upgrades
Liked: The location was good. The view was beautiful, too. Sheila in the restaurant/bar was an exceptional waitress for us. She had one of those great happy spirits and likes to play dressing up for Gasparilla. Excellent personality, which is something many people lack. If I was hiring, I'd go get Sista Sheila, she's the best!
Disliked: Tampa is not normally cold, but it was. Heater did not work. Guys came up and fixed it. Try to make coffee. It doesn't work. Take a shower on the last night. Water didn't get hot. The beds are very firm, but the pillows are most excellent. I found sleeping on the pillow was very comfortable.
