Liked: Brutal ignorant staff. All ready paid and booked and then you need $250 or $150 to give them for staying.Couldn't check in because they don't allow any 20 different payment options for a "deposit"Was my third night after two successful nights.Come back a week later - fully paid and booked and able to pay the deposit I was surrounded - and asked to leave the hotel with threats to call 911I am a paying customer!!Who had paid!!!Next thing you know I'm out of the hotel night stay and staying on the sidewalk when it's cold.Your staff thru a paying guest out without welcoming them and bending over backwards.Every person should be fired.I will be sending a letter to the general manager and then to the corporate department.Brutal.-20 as a rating. Not 1.
