Liked: Lovely clean and stylish hotel, liked the decor and the layout.
Disliked: Although we had a pleasant stay at Barns, we would recommend the team appreciate their guests and maybe revisit their customer service skills. Perhaps a friendly smile or a nice kind voice when checking visitors in. Thank you 🙂

Liked: Quiet location, super comfortable bed and great shower. Ideal location for a stop-over going N/S on the M6. Lovely staff.
Disliked: A lounge would be nice. All the public spaces are bars/restaurant.

Disliked: It was very busy with the wedding going on, and the bar/restaurant was packed. Our room was lovely and quiet, so no complaints about noise
