Disappointing second stay

Disliked: While the room itself was good the constant noise from heating/water pump kept us awake through the night.

Over priced dates rooms with...

Liked: The bar and restaurant
Disliked: We stayed at the property three weeks ago and had a standard double and felt the room was very tired and dated so this weekend books the executive suite well what a joke that was only difference was two single beds bolted together, no heating on in the room and it was cold with a smell to the room.I felt I was short changed and when approaching the guy at reception his attitude was of someone that just didn’t care he was just there for the minimum wage that I go understand but just felt the room just wasn’t worth the money. I have stayed in travel lodges on the same park for a lot less shame as looks a lovely place from the outside. I visit my partner every two weeks and though it would be ideal little place to stay when I come down as it’s just off the A1 but never again

A lovely relaxing stay

Liked: Our fourth time staying here as it’s convenient when visiting family. Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Lots of parking available in a picturesque location.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Service was excellent and very helpful. Pub restaurant was lively with live music and good basic food options.
