Overpriced stay, indifferent staff-not a...

Liked: We liked the firm king size mattress and the shower.
Disliked: Staff were indifferent at best, quasi-hostile otherwise. The lounge, on both weekend afternoons/evenings, had events that were loud and crowded, and eliminated the lounge as a place to rest for a moment. The loud music made its way to the 5th floor ( the bass) which persisted into the evening. Our TV did not work the entire time. The room was not supplied with caffeinated coffee pods, so they had to be requested. The lighting in the room, hallways, and public spaces was dim -always. The toilet and shower are in same space closed off by a pocket door ( not ideal), and only a curtain to separate the bathroom area from the room. Floors are a cork tile -did not absorb sound well -and sound carried in the large cavernous room. No one came to tidy the room and we had no idea if that was policy or in attention. Very little hospitality was experienced on this trip. Would not recommend it.

Well located but in need...

Liked: Common areas, restaurant, and coffee shop are spacious and nice.
Disliked: The room is worn, has not been refreshed since the Ace’s acquisition by Hyatt. Bed is stiff, floor was scuffed. Hallways are worn.
